The Aluminium Strip Oscillating Traverse Winding Machine is custom-built for the oscillating traverse winding of aluminum narrow strip. The complete machine comprises a heavy-duty strip pay-off unit and an oscillating traverse take-up unit. A servo-driven ball-screw traverse system ensures orderly cross-layer winding for soft aluminum strip, effectively preventing strip scratch and deformation. A hydraulic expansion mandrel supports the loading of heavy aluminum coils. The machine is equipped with a constant-tension control system and a 10-inch color touch-screen HMI for convenient operation. The entire mechanical frame is reinforced to accommodate the continuous mass production of aluminum strip. Machine parameters can be adjusted according to the customer's aluminum strip dimensions and finished coil weight.
