Hardfacing Flux‑Cored Welding Wire Production Line

This complete hardfacing flux-cored welding wire production line is engineered for manufacturing wear-resistant hardfacing FCW. It adopts a proven strip forming process: steel strip is formed into a U-shape, filled with flux powder, closed into tubular wire, then multi-pass drawn down to the final finished wire dimension.

The whole line integrates strip unwinding, ultrasonic cleaning, forming & flux filling, multi-stage drawing, wire surface cleaning, take-up, and a final spool / drum-packing unit. Equipped with a PLC + HMI control system, it supports remote online diagnosis and program updates. Suitable for mass continuous industrial manufacturing.
